Thank you for your interest in 15 Winona Avenue in Ocean Park, ME. This lovely cottage is steps away from the beach, general store, ice cream shop, and many local favorites. We are also in walking distance of the Old Orchard Pier that offers tons of food, shopping, and entertainment for all ages.
The Main House
This residence offers a large amount of living space including a living room, a family room, and a full kitchen. There is off-street parking and a porch so having company over is easy.
There are a total of four bedrooms in the main house, one downstairs and three upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are water facing and one has an enclosed porch.
Renovated upstairs bathroom
Along with the downstairs half bath this cottage has an upstairs bathroom with a shower and a tub as well as an outdoor shower in the backyard.
